Q: Once I place my order, how long will it take to have my window coverings installed?

• Expect 2-3 weeks for installation of window coverings.  Most shutters can be installed within 5-6 weeks.

Q: Do you offer any temporary window coverings?

•   Yes.  We can provide you with up to 6 temporary window coverings at no charge once your order is placed.

Q: Do I have to move anything?

•  Yes.  Please make sure all window openings are clear of furniture, lamps, valances and draperies.

Q: How long will the installers be in my home?

• Most window coverings can be installed in several hours.

Q: Do I need to be home when my window coverings are installed?

• We strongly recommend that you remain home while installation is in progress.

Q: What form of payment do you accept?

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and personal checks.  Financing options are also available.

Q: Do I need to pay in full to place my order?

• No.  A 50% deposit is required to place your order.  The remaining balance is due at the time of installation.  If you are financing, a 33% deposit is required.

Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?

• Since window coverings are ordered custom for your windows, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Q: Do my window coverings have a warranty?

• All our window coverings are covered by a limited lifetime manufacturer warranty.
